More than 400 NFL stars and celebrities have participated in these WWAFT vs NFL Alumni games including Snoop Dogg, Montel Williams, Roger Staubach, Charles Haley, Jeff Garcia, Rocky Bleier, Dan Hampton, Anthony Munoz, Spencer Tillman, Ron Jaworski, Randy White, Danny White, Jerry Kramer, Jack Youngblood, Dave Robinson, Dwight Stephenson, Larry Little, Ricky Williams, Daryl Johnston, Chad Hennings, Drew Pearson, Joe Klecko, Don Beebe, Ahman Green, Jeff George, Jake Plummer, Bob Golic, Jeremy Staat, Vince Young, Gino Torretta, Mercury Morris, Jim Kiick, Vincent Jackson, Mike Alstott, Marv Fleming, Dick Anderson, Chris Draft, Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade, ESPN’s Kenny Mayne & Sal Paolantonio. More than 50 of these NFL Alumni and celebrities will play in this year’s WWAFT game at CSM.
The Wounded Warrior Amputee Football Team is composed of men and women who lost a limb while serving this nation in Iraq or Afghanistan. The WWAFT record vs the NFL Alumni now stands at 12-0, having most recently defeated the Philadelphia Eagles Alumni on July 4th and the Dallas Cowboys Alumni on Memorial Day.
