Pacific Oaks Memory Care services include a secure community with staff trained to understand the needs of people with dementia.
We also provide our residents and their families with unique experiences through our Aviator Care Program. The program is offered at all of our communities and is no charge for patients and their families.
The goal of the Aviator Care Program is to provide calm and secure communities that are designed to promote interaction and comfortable activity. It's also designed to engage residents in the latest thinking available and to provide access to loved ones with the help of technology.
Our Aviator Care Program features memory-focused activities and care givers who are trained to understand the challenges of memory loss.
